Nice benefits, but too much bureaucracy

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe main campus is wonderful with great facilities and lots of perks. There are great employee benefits including a nice 401K match and also "matching gifts" for charity. Many organized functions and events for employee participation.

ConsThe growing size has made the atmosphere is very political. There is too much middle management that are not good managers. Valuable contributors are getting overlookedThere is excessive bureaucracy that hinders productivity.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to keep focused on customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
