Pros – Fascinating, industry-changing product, continuous innovation, and lots of great, smart co-workers.
Cons – The company grew so fast that it's still trying to catch up with itself & put in place processes and structures befitting its size.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat the non-engineering staff as well as you treat the engineering staff!
