“I enjoyed the opportunity to help people but was a bit disappointed with the politics within the workplace.”
Former Employee – worked at VNA Healthcare full-time for less than a year
Pros – One reason to work at VNA is you get to help all sorts of people that really need your help.
Cons – Not always are you treated with respect by patients or your peers. A bit clique.
Advice to Senior Management – The clinic needs to treat their employees with more respect because with out them, you could have all the grants in the world but good people are hard to come by.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
