I have been working at VT Industries

    Pros

The company treats its employees fairly and looks to capture market share. Constant improvements are a welcome culture. The management group works hard to grow the business.

    Cons

If you do not like constant improvement and change, this is not a company for you. There is no standing still waiting for someone else to make things happen.
