VWR International Employee Review

I have been working at VWR International full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – pretty stable, very structured, predictable, other CSR's

Cons – very rigid
no room for promotion unless you want to a sales rep job on commission or supervisor (which takes about 15 years and very political)
micro management to the point of ridiculous
super strict attendance policy: single parents beware although other departments are not as bad

Advice to Senior Management – don't have any
