    Pros

    VWR employs very talented people and there are interesting work assignments. There are great opportunities to work in a Global environment. Many senior executives demonstrate a high level of integrity in business operations.

    Cons

    Communication, even within a department, is poor. There are no women above manager level in some departments. There is little interaction between senior management and the average worker in the US.

    Place more focus on developing talented people. Openly recognize hard workers.
