Pros

Laid Back, low pressure from management, you are not micro managed

Cons

100% Commission, hours are not very good for first two years, constantly dealing with issues beyond your control. Customer service goals for bonuses are unobtainable for 99% of employees. Paid once a month

Advice to Management

Small base for employees during slow season

Sales is competitive and I am fine with healthy competition but VTG is like a High School full of negative people.

    Pros

The only people who care about you and your success are the trainers downstairs.

    Cons

The management could care less about you and working around your schedule. The workers are apathetic. Avoid this place completely.

    Advice to Management

Start doing your job and help new people out instead of hanging out with your buddies and having play time.

    Pros

Good pay, but it can take 1+ year to get the big paychecks
Managers let you do your job with minimal supervision
Lots of comraderie among the agents

    Cons

Most people will have to work weekends for 2+ years before moving into a Monday - Friday schedule
