    Pros

    The job is very fun and the people who you work with directly are great.

    Cons

    Corporate policy and communication are poor. They repress individuality fairly heavily and the company is slow to adopt more modern standards.

    I have been working at Vail Resorts full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    - I really do not have one good thing to say about this company.
    - It is ok if a temporary job, of first job.

    Cons

    - Very disorganized and cheap company
    - Don't expect to learn anything from this company or their leaders... they really don't care.
    - Lowest pay in the market
    - Time off / holiday : Holidays comes out from your PTO if you decide to take thanksgiving/xmas off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The sad thing about about this company is that its executives think they know what they are doing.
    I do not whish to give any advice to the management, I'd rather see them continue doing the some mistakes ...
    - I am surprized that Rob K. is still there !
