I had a fantastic time working on the mountain as a stop between college and my first coporate job

I have been working at Vail Resorts full-time (less than a year)

Pros

friendly people, mountain town, work life balance was good

Cons

No real cons other than some co-workers weren't reliable. That's just the nature of who you get when you hire for that job. I would never hesitate to tell someone to go if they love the mountains
