Pros

Fun Jobs in fun places. Play where you work. Fun people with likminded interests in outdoor activities.

Cons

Location and resort perks considered part of compensation- very low salaries. Opportunities for advancement are few and far between.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention (and higher salaries) to lower level year round staff interested in staying with the company.
