Pros

Had a great time, tons of ski and board benefits. Basically got to spend my days snowboarding around and making sure people were having a good time. Had great managers and loved every season I was with them.

Cons

Low pay, but you really dont take this job for the pay.

    Pros

Living and working in the mountains, laid back work environment, 4 day weeks, ski bum lifestyle, very straight forward, fun and active job, working outside and getting paid to exercise.

    Cons

waking up early (duh) , kids that barely got high school degrees thought they were god's gift to the world because they worked there a little longer than you, pay sucked (as to be expected made $9.25), huge array of employees - some were awesome, some sucked, most were in between

    Advice to Management

Take a look at some of the employees with degrees that are looking to move up in the company and hire from within.

    Pros

-you get to live in a beautiful resort town, however you cannot afford it -you get a season's pass which management blocks out dates that their discretion and it honestly does not cost the company anything more than printing the card

    Cons

-absolutely the worst leadership among upper management -work hard and no reward -near poverty pay -terrible commission structure for sales agents

    Advice to Management

Care about your employee's, its not all about the bottom line. Its the employee's who make the company, resorts, and guest experience so appreciate them and pay them an acceptable living wage. Promotions within the company seem to be a pay cut with more responsibilities.
