    Pros

The beautiful environment of working and living in the mountains. An annual ski season pass and discount coupons for friends and family. Employee housing when available.

    Cons

They get very cheap labor from many highly educated college graduates for menial jobs and imply that advancement is possible. Doesn't happen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Use the talents of your college educated employees who take any job available to live and work in a culture they love, and let them grow. They could be your greatest assets if you let them.

Living in Vail makes up for the minimal appreciation of the staff.

Current Employee - Instructor in Vail, CO

    Pros

Living in vail makes up for most of the negatives. The people and culture is fun. There is always something to do. It is also relatively easy to get hired as there are always so many positions opening up.

    Cons

There is not an overwhelming feeling that upper management cares for the staff. It is as the revolving door of employees is not only expected but preferred to keep salaries low.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treating the employees better and increasing salaries will promote better employees and job satisfaction
