Pros

A ski pass, if you ski. Mediocre 401K plan, but at least there's a small company match.

Cons

Unorganized and micro-managed from the top. No reward for flexibility (working every day during winter or working non regular scheduled holidays). No reward for initiative or reason to suggest improvements to operations or vacationers experience. 401k plan has slightly higher than average lifetime fees. Great place if you want to climb the corporate ladder (you just won't be able to afford living in the mountain communities no matter which wrung you're on). Choose the Broomfield office if you start at less than the bare minimum of 45,000K as a career bound college grade.

Advice to Management

I won't waste more than a few words here.

    Pros

If you are able to work a professional job in the mountains, then you will enjoy a much more casual working environment. Working in the Corporate office is like working in any other large company

    Cons

Management speaks of succession planning but continues to fill vacant positions from outside the company. Continual turnover of staff and no action by upper-managment to address these issues is very concerning.

    Advice to Management

Invest in current employees instead of consistently training new employees.

  2. Nice to be at the resort, but poor work conditions.

    Pros

Getting to work at a beautiful ski resort, free ski pass.

    Cons

Overly managed, un-stimulating, very low pay, incompetent managers and fellow employees, stressful clients

    Advice to Management

Be more creative, fire dead weight
