Ski pass, decent health benefits, beautiful work locations, a good group of genuinely motivated co-workers

Cons

The main downside is that corporate has sort of lost touch with the mountains. This results in some strange decisions which really don't make much sense when implemented.

Advice to Senior Management

Bring your focus back to the guest experience, rather than spending so much time micro managing corporate initiatives like the paperless initiative.
