various carreer options around the United States, used to have good perks, if you can "play the game" - you'll have no problems.
Cons
extremely political, when you voice an opposition to senior management (even when the issue is morally and ethically unfair - you will be excluded or slowly pushed out of projects
Advice to Senior Management
think back to when we were Beacon or UDS - management cared about employees - we were the #1 priority - and that feeling radiated back into the company through our level of commitment
