No weekends, some paid holidays, good benifits with matching 401k, lots of room for advancement, good support from managment, large company,

Cons

Some of the area managers are micro managers and make it hard ofr you to do you job, no paid vacation the first year and only one week the second year

Advice to Senior Management

I think no vacation your first year is very unfair, you get one week for the next three years which is terrible and not comparable to the industry
