Pros – Overall this place is organized.
They do not micro manage you.
Nice people.

Cons – New upper management does not appear competent.
New upper management does not listen to ideas from employees.
New upper management does not respect employees.
Too many rumors about the company wanting to sell.
Company will not hire enough people to properly manage jobs.
Original ownership does not consider promoting from within to executive level.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to ensure new upper management is fully capable to run company. In addition, the upper management should respect the employees as the original family management once did.
