Pros – Valley National Bank is a small bank compared to others. Its a good bank to work for because they will teach you the skills you need to grow as a banker. If in the end you decide to leave you will have what it takes to apply for a personal banker position else where

Cons – They will not compensate you well and they have a high turn around of managers

Advice to Senior Management – Pay more attention to you workers and appluad them for a job well done
