Pros

Unlimited income potential. It is not an easy job with the economy and all, but I make more than most I know. You have all the freedom you want as long as you perform and attend the mandatory meetings. While the objectives can be tough to meet, if you are even close you should be able to make 70-80k or more. The change to keep your accounts was a good move.

Cons

There can be lot's of bikering about accounts. It seems the non performers are the negative ones to stay away from. I've been in sales for a while and this seems to be the norm. The company should consider more internet options to be competitive.

Advice to Senior Management

All the changes seem to be frequent. Ok as long as they are positive and benefit the sales people. Move out the negative and non selling people and give the accounts to the sellers!
