Lip Service

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Dallas, TX

ProsIt's a large company, so there were plenty of resources and usually a steady stream of work.

ConsBranch culture was extremely negative since management seemed obsessed with playing the blame game instead of solving the problem. Lots of lip service about training and developing people but little done about it. Company does not appreciate or recognize furthering education. Career advancement depended on politics more than ability.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you really want to know what is happening at a branch, the branch manager is the worst person to ask.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
