I worked at ValleyCrest Companies full-time (less than an year)

Pros

It's a good company with a lot of experience.

Cons

Writing down my time for the day was often delayed when they had no cards available. In turn, I lost two days of work because I had no way of showing them.

I have been working at ValleyCrest Companies full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

none; this company is the worst I've ever been associated with in my entire career. They are only concerned about bottom line impact and will do anything to boost their profits.

    Cons

The management of the company; the corporate strategy; the overall makeup of the company's infrastructure; everything else this company is associated with

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at ValleyCrest Companies full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

It's a large company, so there were plenty of resources and usually a steady stream of work.

    Cons

Branch culture was extremely negative since management seemed obsessed with playing the blame game instead of solving the problem. Lots of lip service about training and developing people but little done about it. Company does not appreciate or recognize furthering education. Career advancement depended on politics more than ability.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you really want to know what is happening at a branch, the branch manager is the worst person to ask.
