    Pros

    Good corporate sales training program

    Cons

Print advertising is dead Nobody opens the envelope. Owner assigns key accounts to a select group of favorites or keeps them as "House Accounts" Does not allow acct exec freedom to manage their own business or territory

    Advice to Management

Owner used the word "I" in a company sales meeting 50 times. Get over yourself.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. Working with a state of the art facility and automated machinery. Good people, hourly and lower management employees all got along. Upper management was fairly open with all (with what they could pass on). Good work life balance.

    Cons

Printing is slowly going away. Senior management and corporate is so focused on digital that the print side takes a hit and not enough recognition to support it. So many positions were cut that there is little to no chance of moving up. Hourly promotions was on a performance based skills test that needs (and still needs) a lot of tinkering to work. Very slow, frustrating process for them.

    Advice to Management

Boost your bread and butter of the print side, it is what got you the $200+ million building. Be mindful of what the hourly people have to say, they are the ones who keep the place moving.
