Pros

Was well paying for my position.
Great experience to learn manufacturing process
I got to work machinery and computers in this job.

Cons

Dirty job, get paint all over your clothes
very exhausting, no energy at the end of the day.
Short breaks.

Advice to Management

My manager was kind of mean mean to me. Just be more friendly. They were good at hearing us out because they would have meetings every morning.

    Pros

    Good benefits and great products.

    Cons

No level structure communicated, little room for growth or moving around, lack of developmental opportunities or training.

    Advice to Management

Implement 360 feedback process for stronger management training. Seemingly lack of incentive for people development, which is critical for future leadership
