Poor work culture and badly managed. No incentive to be creative or work hard. Male-dominated IT shop.

I have been working at Valtech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Company has a global presence so there is the opportunity to move around and try a different location if you are unhappy where you are--provided you are willing to stick with the company and willing to uproot your life and move.

    Cons

Work can be quite boring and the environment is political. You can luck out on a good project here and there but don't bet on having consistently interesting work.

    Company does not give bonuses.

HR is very slow processing expenses.

Very few women in leadership position so don't get your hopes up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find better work opportunities. Work harder at sales leads. Deliver with a better performance so we have more repeat business.

    Disapproves of CEO
