I have been working at Value Consulting full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Not Like other consulting firm who shows you the big mouth at start and then later doesn't follow there words. Value Consulting helps you in every single way i completed more then 6 years with them and still everything going fine they helped me filling new visa when i was in india. once am here they helped me with the projects when am about completed my 3 years they also filled my extension. they have a team who always stays touch with you about each and everything as i wanted to stay in us for a longer time with my family they gave him an option of greencard which i don't think any employer will give upfrontly they filled my GC under EB2 soon i got my I-140 approved now waiting for Approved gc which i might get in next 2.5 years. things are going perfectly happy to be a part of such a good company

    Cons

Nothing as such only thing they change you $3500 for Visa transfer

I worked at Value Consulting full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

There is no pros in joining this company

    Cons

Before joining, I was asked to pay the H1B fees. I said I wont be paying any fees. After few days the resource manager (Nishant Bhatnagar) came and said that I dont have to pay any fees. My biggest mistake I did was, I never took this in writing. Everything happened over the phone. I then joined the company. I was asked to work for 65,000$ per annum. But my hourly rate was much more than that. So I kept accumulating money. I quit the company after about a year and half ago, by then about 13000$ got accumulated. Now they are giving me hard time to pay me my money. They dont say no..But they just keep pushing it. They have been doing it since past 1 and half year and i still haven't recieved my money. So please do me a favor. Never even think about joining this company. It does business with various names. Value Consulting, Business Pointers..they all are the same company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop looting the consultants of their hard earned money.

    Doesn't Recommend
