Current Employee - Production Manager  in  Edmonds, WA
Current Employee - Production Manager in Edmonds, WA

I have been working at Value Village full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great hard working resilient people with hearts of gold. They will accomplish the impossible for a good manager.

Cons

The place is dirty, really dusty and can be gross. People with allergies or at all squeamish will not do well. Even if you have never had allergies in your life you will develop them. The positions are hard on you body and L&I claims are high.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Appreciate your people, improve safety, pay more than minimum wage, and think of experience as a benefit (those are the people that have stuck with you over the years).
