Current Employee – been working at ValueClick full-time

Pros – - Allowed me to work out of a satellite that was closer to my house part of the week
- My manager is not a micro manager
- My team works together
- They have great potential to improve with internal growth as company starts to focus on synergy
- smart people
- good pay, and they like hard working people, they tend to move up.

Cons – - Need to spend more money on marketing! Great product but people don't always think of us as a Top 5 Digital Advertiser which we are!
- Offices interior in Westlake and Westwood are awful for being in advertising Industry and in LA you would think they would spend a little bit on the office, but I guess being fiscally responsible has made them successful

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
