valuable introduction to the field of behavioral managed care. overall good place to work staff supportive

Clinical Care Manager (Former Employee) Morrisville, NC

ProsThere are superior managed care companies, however if you are new to the field it is a good place to start as they just manage behavioral care, it is large enough company to be able to withstand losing contracts and providing security

ConsIf you want to work for a large managed health care company, there are drawbacks to this company. There is little interest in keeping talented people after contracts are over.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't underestimate people, losing employees because of a contract loss is unavoidable but more interest in retaining would pay off in the end.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
