Pros

Salary is competitive, but by the time you work all the overtime and never get any breaks for lunch, you are probably making less than at your last job per hour.

Cons

Workplace bullying, with some employees getting special treatment and skipping out early. Not allowed to take breaks. They will never acknowledge this, just pile the work on you and if you try to take a break, call you in for a special meeting to tell you that you are not a team player.

    Pros

People were friendly and personable. Service center vice-president knew everyone on first name basis. Pretty flexible when it came to requesting time off. Relaxed work environment with very little micro-managing.

    Cons

Compensation not industry standard. Very few advancement opportunities unless you were tight with higher-ups. Would often hire from outside instead of promoting from within.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote the awesome staff you already have. Raise pay to at least industry standards.

    Pros

Nice people to work with! Good company values and good training.

    Cons

Excessive overtime including Saturdays and Sundays with no additional pay or benefits for salaried staff. So, you rate per hour is a lot less than offered or paid!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employ enough people so that the overtime is reduced or non-existent to allow employees to have a family life. This will will serve VO better in the end that using the people
