Not good.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsSalary is competitive, but by the time you work all the overtime and never get any breaks for lunch, you are probably making less than at your last job per hour.

ConsWorkplace bullying, with some employees getting special treatment and skipping out early. Not allowed to take breaks. They will never acknowledge this, just pile the work on you and if you try to take a break, call you in for a special meeting to tell you that you are not a team player.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you want to run a wellness company, please allow your employees to practice wellness.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

IT Project Manager (Former Employee) Reston, VA

I worked at ValueOptions full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: Allow people to work in casual attire. Employees are nice and get along… Cons: Employees are expected to work over time without any remunerations. Engineers are constantly on calls. They work night shifts to upload and maintain… Advice to Senior Management: Should care more about employees and less about money. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
