Pros

It's a job. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Not a career..it's ok if you need a bi-weekly paycheck and benefits.

Advice to Management

Hire more people. Stop taking on all these new clients without the proper amount of staff.

    Pros

Zero! Zilch! Not a single pro

    Cons

Lies to lure you in Management Inconsistency

    Advice to Management

Hire the right ppl & care more about your employees. If your employees felt appreciated & were properly compensated the attrition wouldn't be so bad.

    Pros

Good people at the mid-management level, trying hard to motivate their teams. Fairly generous compensation offers. Attempts made towards career advancement for its people. Could be used as a good stepping stone in one's career, wouldn't have wanted to stay long term for fear of the job going stale.

    Cons

Upper management could be unprofessional at times. Dishonest. Unfocused. Policy-driven. Boring. Non-innovative solutions.
