Benefits are not great, no vacation in the first year even if you come in with 5+ years experience, underpaid for amount of work produced

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give vacation in the first year, show new employees that there will be opportunity for growth.

    I worked at Valvoline

    Pros

Benefits are fairly good and the hours are good

    Cons

It's all about the sales. Dishonesty is a definite plus. Dishonesty is tolerated as long as you don't get caught. The company puts up a good sales pitch about fairness and anti harassment policies, but there is no follow through. If you your sales are good you can get away with almost anything. Despite what they say corporate profit is the altar on which everything else is sacrificed. Including honesty, integrity and loyalty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Practice what you preach. Your visions and values are great on paper. Unfortunately in practice the only paper you read is green with dollar signs on it.
