Cons

- Can be a dramatic and uncertain place to work
- Some branches have people in leadership positions that shouldn't be. Some managers participate in favourtism that directly effects morale
- Limited advancement

They are currently in a transition phase and no advice that I could provide would benefit. Perhaps put in some more solid advancement opportunities and deliver on promises made.
