The job itself becomes comfortable after a short while and they treat their employees well when it comes to little perks.

Cons

They will push really hard for sales so they can meet their numbers. This is more so than at other financial institutions because they aren't as big and thus don't have as many options for income and growth already laid out.

Stop pushing so hard for sales of products that most people don't need and start giving decent raises.
