    Pros

Free turkey's on the holidays. Adequate Training Provided.

    Cons

There is a lot of racial tension. Physicans have God complexes. You have to pay for parking. Human resources are sometimes the barrier that keeps you from getting a position-I would contact the department directly and allow them to deal with HR. Ladies always ask for a higher salary than what is being presented to you.
