    Pros

The coworkers are nice and fun to work with. Everyone seems happy at their job and is happy to help others perform their job.

    Cons

Nothing truly strands out as a con. The work can be unexciting at times, but other than that there is nothing that I can say has negatively impacted my view of the company.

    Advice to Management

I believe that the management could be a bit more effective in determining the direction the company should take.

    Pros

    - great benefits - work hard to provide good perks - association with excellent university and medical school

    Cons

    - extreme difficulty with change or outside the box thinking - employee morale is low - managers want to create "small kingdoms" of their own rather than participate in a collaborative approach for the good of entire organization

    Advice to Management

learn how to be an adaptable and innovative educational facility and medical center. you are only as good as your employees, and if they are unmotivated by your lack of leadership and flexibility, then you do yourself an overall disservice.
