Pros

Vanderbilt provides a great community of researchers to collaborate with and programs to meet other researchers. The university also seems proactive in keeping up to date and communicating this to its employees.

Cons

With all its departments and various programs within departments, it can be difficult to navigate through the bureaucracy and paperwork.

    on time paychecks, employee celebrations and offers, university perks at Nashville businesses, regular state of the medical center addresses, sufficient parking options

    Cons

    not enough on campus eating establishments, bad traffic around the school, no oversight of principle investigators treatment of employees, hard to turn in time sheet

    Pros

    The professors are really very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The classes have a small size which helps in better professor-student interactions.

    Cons

    I didn't find any negative point at Vanderbilt.
