Pros

Motivated researchers, world-class facilities, good benefits package, strong presence in the community, located in a great city, good educational environment

Cons

Some buildings in need of repair, small gym area for faculty/staff (but this is expected to be expanded in the next couple years)

Advice to Management

    Pros

It has very good professors, who are very kind to students. Whenever I ask them questions, they patiently gave me very valuable answers. The university life is very colorful. I love Vanderbilt university!

    Cons

I cannot find any cons now... Maybe the tuition is high if you cannot find TA or RA positions. However, there are lots of opportunities to earn money at school. For example, you can find some intern job.
