I have been working at Vanderbilt University

    Pros

I have had great flexibility in my work/life balancing act. The environment is incredibly supportive. Good people and good benefits.

    Cons

If you work on the Medical Center side... the parking is horrible and expensive. It can also be a bit difficult to transfer departments for upward mobility without buy-in from current supervisors.
