Vanguard GMAC Realty – “A great real estate company”
Pros
The owner/broker is very cool, fair, and forward-thinking. Real estate agents are treated with respect.
Cons
Being a Real estate agent anywhere means no benefits, no job security, and 100% commission. If you WANT to work under those conditions, Vanguard GMAC is the best place for experienced agents in Jacksonville.
Advice to Senior Management
The broker is awesome. Very well respected and he deserves it.
