Solid organization but has talent development flaws

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Malvern, PA

ProsThe one financial firm that truly cares about and acts in the best interest of its clients. You feel as though your work is meaningful. Work/Life balance is encouraged. Benefits are above average. Most employees are genuinely nice, ethical people.

ConsCompensation is not competitive. Employees are stretched because it's a lean organization. Leadership is slow to make decisions. High-performing employees are often not the ones rewarded with advancements.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more attentive to talent development. Many high-performing employees do not feel appreciated or adequately rewarded.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
