    Pros

The company offers great benefits and really noticeable job security. This is the type of company where a lot of people choose to spend their careers.

    Cons

From what I noticed, their technology really seems to be a little behind the times. Also, the company loves to express how much "diversity" is cherished which can become annoying at times.

Great company, less than ideal entry-level opportunities

    Pros

The culture is great - they are all about diversity and have a lot of opportunities to get involved and network. The managers also really care about your happiness and career goals. You never have to be afraid to say that you want to do more/something different. If you're the right kind of person who can network, get to know as many people as possible, and go above and beyond, you can go really far with the company. Partnership bonuses in June are great. Also, if you're going to work in finance, this is definitely the company with the most integrity and it really does operate in the best interest of its clients. I don't think you can find that anywhere else.

    Cons

The entry-level positions are almost always going to tie you to a phone. When you're hired, they don't make it very transparent that you're actually going to be working in a call center where the phone NEVER stops ringing. December-April are brutal (tax season), and in my experience it never even slowed down after that. You are set to very strict standards as far as how long you can be off the phone for in between calls. It is also near impossible to take off for holidays. They give you a TON of PTO, but don't tell you that they mandate when you can actually use it. Lastly, does anyone really enjoy speaking with angry/upset/ignorant clients all day?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more clear with people you interview that they will be in a very very busy call center.
