Pros

My department was great to be apart of. My direct coworkers had my back, and we were able to band together in tough times. The location is good, too — near Fanueil Hall, the Garden, Government Center and the Harbor.

Cons

Abusive senior management. No respect given or received from the uppers. No sense of creating a community or allowing personal growth of the employees. Everyone is expendable and replaceable. Salaries at a non-management levels are well below market value.

Advice to Senior Management

Employee retention is key to making a successful company. Make it a better place for the junior employees to work, and they will continue to do so happily. Fear and intimidation are not motivators.
