Pros

Matched 401k, average benefits, tuition reimbursement, company cafe "overpriced" good experience

Cons

Poor pay 11.50/hour, poorly staffed, poorly managed, unrealistic stats "you can only miss 1 fraud per 3000 accounts you look at or fail" typical call center environment do yourself a favor pass on this place.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

2 years hear no raise? Poorly paid staff, depressing atmosphere, treat your employees with a little respect. Probably the worst place I've worked at.

    Pros

    Steady Paycheck. Very challenging work environment.

    Cons

    Forced shift changes. Staffing levels not appropriate for volume of work. Management's answer to everything is do more with less.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you want to BE the industry standard in customer satisfaction you cannot do it on the cheap. Revisit staffing levels throughout the organization as they are not where they should be. And offshoring works for some areas but it's not the answer to all areas of the business.
