Pros

Work/Life balance is great. The work experience is good because you get to test variance balance sheet accounts rather than be limited to only testing one cash, such as cash.

Cons

Management is horrible. There is no training. You can ask your superiors questions but you wont get a clear (or right) answer. Keeping up with technology to create a more efficient work environment is lacking.

Advice to Senior Management

Think before you speak. Update programs/software. Learn GAAP. Motivate employees. Get your licenses.
