I have been working at Vector Marketing part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

If one stays with Vector long enough to get past selling to friends/family, they will learn invaluable sales skills/self bettering skills. Not to mention, the pay is completely in the individuals control-- and depending on the individual, SIGNIFICANTLY higher than minimum wage.

    Cons

Many a time, the management of a particular Vector Marketing branch are younger ( 22-28 yrs old) and do not have great management skills yet. They will walk all over a representative if the rep is a push-over. However, a "push-over" should not be in sales to begin with. But they will be very helpful if the rep is good at sales (the managers only make money if the reps do good selling) and will give any material/advice to help him or her out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not become a manger of a branch, unless you have personally done exceptionally ($20,000+) well selling this cutlery yourself.
