I have been working at Vector Marketing

    Pros

It is a way to earn money in a time that is hard to find a stable job. There is TONS of room to grow in the company and if you work really hard you CAN make a TON of money. $15 base pay. Representing a great product! 50% discount on all products and 70% discount on starter kit. The product sales itself.

    Cons

It is not stable. I have a hard time even finding people willing to let me set up an appointment, and being able to work around people's schedules is difficult. There is just no guarantee of "hours" because you have to set up your own appointments. This translates into a lot of unpaid time in order to actually make money (not to mention the hours (about 20 hrs.) you have to spend training unpaid). You also have to buy your starter kit but it is completely refundable so it is not that big of a deal (plus you get the products at 70% off). Basically it translates into if you are willing to put in a ton of effort and time (and hopefully get a little luck) then you will do well. But if you hit some walls you are not going to make much money (sadly that is what happened to me and most other people). In order to make A LOT of money you need to make good sales. In order order to make a fair amount you need several appointments a week and you will automatically get SOME sales. If you can only get a few appointments a week you will make the $30-75 a week I make. Lastly the product is amazing... but it costs a lot. Even though the value is worth it, you have to make the customer see that. Even if they know it is worth it though, some people simply cannot afford it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Somehow make it more stable. Don't put ALL of the appointment setting up on the employee's shoulders.
