Pros

The workers are a great bunch of people, otherwise it is just a place to earn a living.

Cons

Constant demotivation, highly repetitive work. Senior management do not appear to understand that the shareholders are not the people doing the work. Having to listen to the suits amking their announcements in "business speak" rather than using English is exceptionally irrritating too.

Advice to Senior Management

Treat your employess with the respect they deserve - remember a lot of them are probably smarter than you are. Tokenism such as summer barbecues as seen as a joke by the majority of the staff.
