Pros – Empowerment and Authority to individuals.
Very clean and least polluted plant with modern equipment for production.
Vision of being the largest Refinery in the world.

Cons – Located in the rural part of Kalahandi district in Odisha.
Railway Stations are more than 20 km far.
Roads are not in good shape.
Communication is a problem.

Advice to Senior Management – Self owned Bauxite mines are compulsory to have for stable and optimum production.
Development of the roads and Lanjigarh is a must.
