    Pros

    Good salary, flexible working hours.

    Cons

unstable job. Hire and fire. Proprietary technology which doesn't help you anywhere else. Even though they claim to be a JAVA shop, in reality it's not in JAVA. Their own query and scripting language and even UI, it's of no use anywhere else. If you stay in job for a year, you'd forget where you stand in software world!

    Advice to Management

Hire consultant ONLY not full time, as you can't offer a long term career to any.

Culture is nonexistant, deadend business model, but pays well

    Pros

They pay well, but they have to, to attract talent.

    Cons

The culture of the company leaves much to be desired, the company hires way too many contractors (mostly from India) and as a result there really isn't a central core to the company. It just feels like a disconnected group of people with no passion for the product. The business model, enterprise software sold with a perpetual license, is a dead end. Companies are no longer interested in this approach. The implementation costs are a competitive disadvantage and almost guarantee customer problems down the road.

    Advice to Management

Get a more dynamic CEO, a CFO with more creativity, and a business model that actually has legs.
