Venture Photographers – “A good place to start...”

Pros

It's a decent place to start a career from; there are opportunities available to photographers, but that depends a lot on the studio owners. The Venture style is learnt, so younger/new photography-enthusiasts are sought. Generally a fun place to work.

Cons

Poor management results in a limited and sometimes frustrating environment. Working late evenings and weekends can be a bind.
